Sheikh Zayed City witnessed the launch of the "Citra Residence" project, attended by members of Parliament and Senate, prominent businessmen, and public figures. Developed by Wealth Holding, led by MP Eng. Soheir Karim, the project signifies a qualitative leap in upscale residential communities in West Cairo.
The company announced total investments of EGP 10 billion as part of its 2026 expansion plan. The project spans 30 acres and includes villas and serviced apartments, to be executed in four sales phases to meet the growing demand for high-end residential projects in West Cairo.
Mohamed Mamdouh, CEO of Wealth Holding, stated that the project marks a milestone in the company's journey, designed according to the latest global standards in comfort, luxury, and sustainability. The project offers a variety of residential units, including serviced apartments, twin houses, townhouses, and standalone villas, with smart and practical designs and spaces.
The company collaborated with Diaa Consult for the project's design and master planning and signed an agreement with a leading telecommunications company to provide smart connectivity solutions and advanced digital infrastructure within the project.
