Palm Hills Developments has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with Marriott International to develop The St. Regis Palm Hills Cairo in West Cairo, near the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.

The St. Regis Palm Hills project is expected to include:
Approximately 150 luxury hotel rooms
Around 50 serviced apartments
Nearly 150 branded residential units
