Eng. Ayman El-Qousy, Managing Director and CEO of MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development, highlighted the company’s key milestones and the results of its strategic plan over the past three years.
He stated that MIDAR managed to achieve in less than three years what was originally planned to be completed over seven years, reflecting the company’s strong position as a master developer of large-scale integrated cities.
El-Qousy explained that Mostakbal City has signed agreements with more than 25 Egyptian real estate developers, alongside partnerships with regional investors, and has witnessed the execution of over 52 projects, establishing it as a fourth-generation city model.
He also noted that Mada City, spanning 25 million square meters in New Cairo, has successfully attracted major regional investments, signed large-scale development agreements, and expanded MIDAR’s international partnerships across education, healthcare, hospitality, and tourism sectors.
